• DEC Concreting will not be held responsible for damages to services which arise due to noncompliance with building regulations e.g. such as minimum depth
• After concrete is poured it is to remain isolated & untouched until sealed. Post seal it will remain untouched for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Exposed aggregate finishes may vary in appearance compared to the reference photos. 
• Due to environmental conditions concrete can crack. DEC Concreting uses expert craftsmanship to create joins or saw cuts to persuade the concrete to crack along the control joins. It's normal for hairline cracks to appear, DEC Concreting will not be held liable for any hairline cracks that appear.

- 15% Deposit to secure your project 

- 35% To be paid prior to concrete pour

- 50% At the completion of project
